General Questions
Absolutely not. Submitting a request and receiving options from our team is completely free. You only pay when you decide to purchase a part — and even then, you're paying the supplier directly. DrivePartsNetwork does not charge a service fee for the search.
When you search online, you're sifting through thousands of listings from unverified sellers, dealing with inconsistent quality descriptions, and spending hours comparing prices. DrivePartsNetwork does all of that for you — and we only work with verified suppliers we've vetted for reliability and quality. You get curated options, not a haystack to search through.
We cover virtually all makes and models — domestic, import, luxury, and classic vehicles. This includes cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and light commercial vehicles. If you're unsure whether we can help with your specific vehicle, just submit a request and we'll let you know.
Yes — we serve all 50 states. Our supplier network spans the entire country, so whether you're in a major metro area or a rural community, we can source parts and arrange delivery or pickup.
The Process
Most requests receive a response within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm EST; Saturday 9am–4pm EST). Complex or rare parts may take up to 48 hours. If we can't find what you need, we'll let you know promptly rather than leaving you waiting.
At minimum, we need your vehicle year, make, model, and the name of the part you need. Additional details like trim level, engine size, color, VIN, and condition preference help us find a better match. The more detail you provide, the more accurate our search will be.
Your request goes to our parts specialists team, who immediately begin searching our network. Within 24–48 hours, a specialist will call you at your preferred time to discuss the options we've found — including pricing, condition, and availability. There's no obligation to purchase.
Absolutely. You can call us directly at (800) 555-1234 during business hours to speak with a specialist right away. Many customers prefer this for urgent needs or complex part descriptions.
Parts & Quality
We source all three types: used/OEM (original parts from salvage vehicles), remanufactured (factory-rebuilt to OEM specs), and aftermarket (quality alternatives from reputable manufacturers). We'll present you with the options available and help you understand the trade-offs between cost, condition, and warranty coverage.
Our supplier vetting process includes reviewing business licensing, checking customer feedback and ratings, verifying inventory management practices, and in many cases conducting direct relationship-building visits. Suppliers who receive consistent complaints are removed from our network.
Warranty coverage varies by part type and supplier. Remanufactured parts often come with manufacturer warranties. Used parts may include limited warranties from the salvage yard. Our specialists will clearly communicate warranty terms for any part we present to you before you make a decision.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on the supplier's location and your destination. Most parts arrive within 3–7 business days. Large or heavy items like engines and transmissions may take slightly longer due to freight shipping requirements. We'll provide an estimated delivery window when we present your options.
Yes, absolutely. Many of our customers prefer to have parts shipped directly to their repair shop. Just provide the shop's address when you submit your request or when speaking with your specialist.
In many cases, yes. If there's a supplier near your location with the part you need, we can arrange local pickup. This is often faster and can save on shipping costs for larger items.
